Being in your 20s today is hard, "Quarter Life Crisis," is an experience familiar to many; feeling accomplished yet behind, feeling young yet responsible for everything, falling in and out of love and the pressures of the digital age. The eight-song project is an Ode to Avanti’s reality at 25.

Avanti Nagral's debut EP “Double Standards” features 4 songs; Imperfect, Jealous, Double Standards and Permission. it’s coming-of-age empowerment pop.
Through relatable and captivating lyrics, the songs explore gender equality, consent, stereotypes, body confidence, self-love and jealousy, co-created with LA-based songwriter Natania and producer Austin Armstrong. Imperfect is a duet with soulful indie artist Kevin Fernando. Music mixed and mastered by Bhushan Govilkar. EP design and brand identity by Giggling Monkey Studios.
